Stubborn About Crunch
Korean fried chicken, fried the hard way, since 2018.

From a Food Court Stall to North Loop
Donkey Mo's Korean Fried Chicken began in 2018 as one of Austin's earliest Korean fried chicken concepts, first opening inside the H-Mart food court. From the beginning, we focused on crispy, double-fried Korean chicken with bold sauces and a casual, approachable style — and Austin took notice, especially for our wings, tenders, nuggets, and sauces like Soy Garlic, Sweet & Spicy, and Holy Donkey.
In 2024, Donkey Mo's returned as a full brick-and-mortar restaurant on Airport Boulevard in Austin's North Loop — a shift from food court concept to neighborhood restaurant, with an expanded menu, draft beer, dine-in seating, and takeout.
Next up: a second Austin location at 6301 W. Parmer Lane, Suite 502, taking over the former Brooklyn Pie Co. space — bringing the same double-fried wings, tenders, nuggets, and sandwiches north.
